All services and technology provided by BoxApps are the property of BoxApps Oy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from BoxApps.

5. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of the content you post via ZipiSocialGo. By using our service, you grant BoxApps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

6. Termination and Suspension

BoxApps may suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provisions of these terms or engage in activities that may damage the reputation of BoxApps or its services.

7. Data Protection

8. Limitation of Liability

11. Deletion of User Data Before Account Termination

11.1 Right to Data Deletion: Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the Ziposocialgo platform at any time before terminating their account. This includes any data shared or generated through their use of the platform, such as posts, linked social media accounts, and personal profile information.

11.2 Process for Data Deletion:

12.2.1 Users may initiate the data deletion process by accessing the 'Settings' section of their account, selecting 'Data Management', and then 'Delete My Data'.
12.2.2 Upon receiving a data deletion request, Ziposocialgo will confirm the user’s identity to prevent unauthorized data deletion.
12.2.3 Ziposocialgo commits to processing such requests within 30 days from the date of confirmation, ensuring all personal data is permanently removed from our servers and any backups.

11.3 Consequences of Data Deletion:

12.3.1 Users must understand that once their data is deleted, the process is irreversible and will result in the removal of all information associated with their account.
12.3.2 Data deletion will lead to the inability to access or retrieve any previously posted content or account settings.

11.4 Data Retention Post-Account Termination:

12.4.1 In the event of account termination, whether initiated by the user or as a result of policy violations, Ziposocialgo will automatically delete all personal data associated with the terminated account within 90 days, unless otherwise required by law to retain specific types of data for a longer period.
12.4.2 Any retained data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws, ensuring continued protection of user privacy and security.
